We have been on two different tours with Tripp Explorer--one in Scandinavia and one in Austria & Switzerland. We experienced first-class treatment with a lot of individual attention. The tour groups are small and allow for plenty of interaction with the guide.

Jim Tripp owes us money, and we have not got it yet. We toured Europe last summer. We had a hotel charge on our charge bill, which we had paid for before going. After repeated calls and emails to him to pay us back or get the hotel to reimburse us, this has not been done.``We also traveled with a very handicapped person. Although a nice person, we had to help with luggage and lifting of the person on the trains. This is unfair to do to us, for after all it was a vacation for us too!! There should have been an extra person hired to help with the person's luggage and such.``Saw a lot; nice scenery. He tried hard to arrange the trip based on the handicap person's needs, which is nice for that person.
