On working on doing all of Canada, I rode this service to Moosonee and was very happy I did. The trip was enjoyable and at Moosonee I went out to Fossil Island getting some 380 million year old fossils. The trip back was made special by the best roast beef I have ever eaten on a train and the entertainment in the lounge car was first rate. A truly unique railroading experience. ````I've also have taken the ON train to Toronto twice from Cochrane and their service``was outstanding.````Chris

my, wife an I went on the polar bear express3 years ago. On December-29th. the polar bear lodge room, was freezing - on the down side. However, the cook was very good. It was a wilderness adventure. that night, we took a cab to Moosonee Island. The indians were very nice, i bought the best pair of indian gloves, you could ever ask for. The next time, if there is a next time, we will thke the train, in summer.``
