My friend and I travelled on Rovos rail in November 2003, it was a fantastic experience, from the reservation staff through to the checkin staff and the train staff( who are on call 24 hours) the service and standards on board are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the cabins are spacious, food excellent, would reccomend to anyone wanting a luxury experience, its not cheap, but worth every penny.
